HR Group Workshops

SA&AM workshops are recurring meetings in thematic groups organised as workshops for specific problem-solving or best-practice exchange.

The HR Group – this is a highly active thematic group within the SA&AM Cluster. The Group brings together specialists from HR departments of the Cluster-affiliated businesses. The workshop addresses up-to-date Labour Market-related issues, such as how to effectively recruit and retain employees, what incentive systems to use, how to increase staff competence, as well as how to skilfully retrain employees for new responsibilities. These efforts aim to establish and preserve the competitive edge of employers in human resources.
