Information from the Personal Data Controller

The personal data published on this website is controlled by Katowicka Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna SA (the Katowice Special Economic Zone – the coordinator of Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing), whose registered office is at ul. Your data will be processed by the Katowice Special Economic Zone for the purposes of SA&AM operations. The Katowice Special Economic Zone processes your personal data pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) and (f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Your image will be publicised subject to your permission under Article 81 (1) of the Copyright and Related Rights Act of 4 February 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 880, as amended).

You provide your personal data voluntarily. Once you withdraw your consent, your personal data will no longer be processed.

You have the right to request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data. To receive a copy of your personal data, please contact the Personal Data Controller.

You have the right to object to the further processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw your personal data consent once you have granted it. Such withdrawal will not affect the processing of your personal data up to the point of withdrawal.

You also have the right to data portability.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

We will not use your personal data for the purposes of making automated decisions regarding you, including profiling. Your data will not be provided to other entities, except for entities with whom the Katowice Special Economic Zone has signed an agreement related to Cluster operations, and entities authorised to request your data under law.

The entities with whom the Katowice Special Economic Zone has signed an agreement related to Cluster operations include InnoCo Sp. z o.o. , whose registered office is at Gliwice (44-100), ul. Wincentego Pola 27, and HR Masters Agnieszka Bednarska Magdalena Siwińska-Olszówka Spółka Jawna, whose registered office is at Gliwice (44-100), ul. Dolnych Wałów 7. These entities are processors of personal data collected by the Katowice Special Economic Zone for the purposes of maintaining contacts with the employees of the Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing Cluster members that have become involved in Cluster’s activities.

Your personal data will not be provided outside the European Economic Area or to other international organisations. The Controller further informs you that it has the appropriate procedures in place, including the procedure of making backup copies, to protect your personal data from loss.
