Labour Market and Education

The Cluster’s mission in the area of Labour Market and Education is to establish and preserve the competitive advantages of employers in terms of human resources by developing and implementing system solutions which tap into the potential offered by cooperation between employers and employees, as well as between employers and the educational market. More specifically, it aims to:

• support employers in gaining access to human resources for a full range of positions;
• support employers in human resources management by improving and standardising processes;
• support employers in identifying individuals with the potential to take on alternative/new roles within the organisation, and to manage their development with the primary aim of increasing the overall efficiency of the organisation.
